No. They're much harder to port. The MD games are running on emulator too.
It'sbest to hope that Sega somehow ports the Sega AGES PS2 releases of the Saturn games.

No because the games are emulated, and emulating a saturn flawlessly would be a nightmare.
There is a working emulator though, SSF, which works pretty good. But for commercial purposes emulators have to be flawless.
