Has there ever been as big of a blunder in recent memory? I cannot think of literally one thing that went right with the Ouya.

It had Towerfall.
Second version was actually pretty decent. Good emulation box, decent media player.
They also receive millions in funding, had over 1000 games, and sold over a half million units.
The PSTV was still born and was a much bigger blunder.
