I want to play Mega Man, what is babby's first?
Is the Mega Man Legacy Collection anygud or am I better off emulating?
I don't own a Mega Man Amiibo nor do I plan on buying one.
start with 4 or 1, theyre not the best or even close but its a great starting point
legacy collection is good for collectors, its just the same as emulating, so go with emulating
If you're going to buy a compilation, don't shill that fucking Legacy shit.
Get an old copy of MM Anniversary Collection.
2 gens older yet it has 4 more games on it.

X on SNES
1,2,4 on NES
Powered Up(1 remake) on PSP is awesome
V on Game Boy is good
Battle Network is something completely different, but still great.

4 is pretty great actually

>listing 1 but not 3
>listing X but not X2/3/4
>listing Battle Network but not Legends

Megaman X is babies first platformer

as first games?
Legends is better after playing at least one of the others, so that the continuity jokes make sense

I'm playing through the legacy collection now and have beaten 1,2,3 recently.
2 and 3 are both really good, challenging at points, but fair.
1 has a lot of jank, and really frustrating cheap deaths at times but is still pretty good. I'd still recommend starting with it, you'll enjoy the others more that way.

Play classic in release order
Then play Snes X games and consider playing the Ps1 games
DO NOT,I REPEAT, DO NOT SKIP MEGAMAN ZERO GAMES
Play ZX only if you're hungry for more
Play the spinoffs whenever you feel like it

Baby first is usually 2 or 3
Not worth the legacy collection

This.
2 is the easiest
Legacy Collection is shit m8, you're better off with the old Anniversary Collection (which is still kinda shit) or emulating.
