I thoroughly enjoyed Evil Within. It has a great balance of difficulty mostly and the game has been patched so it can be rid of those black bars. I'm sure you find the game dirt cheap in some places now.
As for Metro, still worth getting if the price is right. You get all dlc with last light so it's probably worth at least $20-30.
