Outside of America UK and Japan. PCs are like by a wide margin the most used gaming machines.
Thats why Xbone sold like shit in Europe and it seems Japan is also getting on PC because Steam with tons of companies moving to it.
Consoles really seem to be in a shit spot right now.
PS4 - 35.9 million (as of January 3, 2016)
PS2 - 49.59 million in the same time frame.
Wii - 44.96 million same time frame.

I bought a CM Storm Enforcer case with two 200mm fans with red LEDs, but the reason I bought the case is because of its incredible airflow and its incredible size for a mid case. It's one of few cases that I could find at the time that supported the huge length of the card I wanted.
I have a Sapphire Tri-X OC R9 290x, which unlike typical Nvidia products, doesn't have a ridiculously obnoxious green LED broadcasting the card brand to everyone in town.
My PSU is a 1000w EVGA Supernova G2, facing the correct direction.
I have a non-RGB Corsair K70 with brown switches, only red LEDs. Matches my case nicely. I have a Logitech G502 mouse.
I do have an optical drive, but I should get rid of it considering my Windows 10 install is on a USB.
I have two 21.5" 5ms ASUS VS228H-P monitors.
a more accurate "typical PC gamer" checklist is something like

They act all giddy and childish over things like frames and resolution, but when a console game happens to be 1080p, 60 FPS they cry about it anyway they can. Not to mention the constant whining over other stupid shit like exclusives not being on PC, thinking they are correct on everything, etc. Seriously, compare a PC gamers behavior to that of a 10 year old kid, it is astonishing how similar their behavior is.

I got a G400 v2 and I play Dota 2, CS:GO, Stardew Valley, Factorio, Master of Orion, EU4 and SFV.
