Bugs Bunny had a few video games, or really any character with Toon Force could take out an elder god of any power.
He became ruler of his own existence, he had enough toon force to get out of his existence as an animation and become master of it. That's like a human achieving a literal God status, outside of time, limitless power, omnipotence, and omniscience.
Bugs could very well just wipe him out of existence, but not without any jokes added in.
