The only difference is that in some places on the GBA version, there is some texture effect used. It looks alright and shiny.

Same for everything really. GBA had some nice games but dogshit ports. It's also a shame they gave Minish Cap the OoT sound treatment.

GBA version is newer, therefore it's better.
