Will this be the year?
NEVER EVER
I'd completely forgotten about this.
Shit STILL isn't out?
I want to believe. Ever since Alien Isolation, I've wanted another survival horror in space. The alpha gameplay video got me hyped, but it's been so long ever since.

DAILY REMINDER THAT THIS GAME IS NOT DEAD

TWITTER GETS UPDATED REGULARLY

awesome, when can we play the game on twitter
So. Is this just another glorified walking sim or does it have some actual interesting gameplay?
>>330485873
well you can't attack or hurt anything just run away from monsters
>>330486135
Well that's a shame. I mean, it's better than just generic walking sim, but the "hide from spooky monsters" thing is so used these days that it makes the Resident Evil formula of survival horror look fresh and exciting.
>>330486356
this game isn't for you then friend
>>330486356
>decade worth of ammo scrounging and RE clones
>like three years of a handful of indie small releases and Alien:Isolation using the pacifist route
>ITS SO OVER USED XD
In horror--you should only be able to defend yourself in the most minimal way. RE is a shoot out unless your really bad at aiming.

Thus, the "that's a shame".
It's been a long time since I played a horror game that felt new. Like Penumbra long ago.
>>330486605
I was exaggerating if you couldn't tell. That and Resident Evil isn't actually scary in any way.
which one will be released first?
>>330484787
>retrofuturistic space horror
Penis be still
>>330485873
Killing monsters is stupid. The androids are so terrifying when you first see them murder a guy, and then later on you're just effortlessly killing them
You should be able to have a weapon(s) / traps but all they do is slow the monster down and give you time to escape
