I liked Rayman Origins enough to get the platinum trophy on PS3 AND Vita.
Never played DK because it's on lolNintendo consoles.
Rayman Origins looks like shit on the Wii, it's like watching a badly compressed 240p video on youtube.

Between the two Rayman games at least, Legends>Origins
Not only does it have like 80% of the levels from Origins ported over it's also functionally better in terms of level design/lum mechanics/replayability. There's also the challenges for people who REALLY love speedrunning.
The only real loss is no more fairies and no Land of the Livid Dead.
Also the end credits are fucking skippable this time, thank god.
