I got Tropical Freeze with the club nintendo rewards. It's probably the best wii u game I've played. $20 is fucking worth it.

Tropical Freeze was well worth the original price. Honestly best 2D platformer since the Super Nintendo era.
Just play it beyond the first world though, it's generally the weakest both in music and gameplay and it might feel a bit underwhelming.
Also, pretty much any game worthwhile is sold out on amazon already.

3D World hate boils down to it's not Super Mario Galaxy 3. It's the most traditional 3D mario game out there which could be seen as a step backward.
It's still comfy as fuck, has a good variety of levels, a good amount of challenging post game content, a good co-op mode. Definitely worth 20 bucks.
