Yeah it's a remaster of the first one with some graphical improvements and I believe some features from the later games brought in. Had a disc release on XBone too.
Yeah, it's a really shit deal, pass on it until it's heavily discounted, but even then I'd say not just to avoid being tied to the Microsoft Store.

Windows games can't use vsync, fullscreen, sli/crossfire, and one other feature I'm not remembering.
Point is, it won't run very well.
