We will never know. I remember buying Bioshock in something like 07' or 08'. I'd just dropped out of school after trying to kill myself. My mate came over and we played it for days, taking turns on hard difficulty or whatever it was, and beat it. Between Doom, The Curse of Monkey Island, Gears of War and New Vegas, Bioshock will always been one of my favourites.
I'll never forget finishing the second and enjoying it. Then they announced Binfinite and I was so fucking hyped. I remember all the delays and trailers. I bought it on release and the first 20 minutes were absolutely amazing. The rest was absolute bland garbage. What happened?
I really would love a 'remaster'. Port Bioshock from Unreal 2(?) to 4 and fix the combat. I'd love to play that in 4k.
