Stopped watching him for years. Been watching again recently. I think he has interesting observations about games but he has a lot of fucking retarded ones as well, particularly in his views on multiplayer in games.

Pretty much the only reviewer I still read or listen to. Not that I particularly care about his opinion, I just think he's funny.

The only reviewer whose opinion I value. I disagree with him on a lot of stuff (like his distaste for fighting games), but I've found that his opinion is usually reflective of mine for games I've already played, which means I mostly trust his judgement for games I haven't.
I do think it's funny though that he has a reputation for being an overly harsh critic when, if anything, he gives most games too much credit. He's usually a good balance between the sycophantic praise of the rest of gaming journalism and the reactionary hatred of /v/.

That's actually based. My opinion is exactly the same and I'm also baffled at how reviews can not only be shitty, but follow a trend and plaster the same score as everyone else on specific games.
Personally I think his comedic reviewing style is gold, but his new Judging By The Cover is fucking awful. I got tired of that quicker than CinemaSins
