The only indie games I've ever enjoyed were Meat Boy and Shovel Knight.

There are some AAA games I really enjoy, but I dislike how the industry works most of the time.
There are also indie games I love, but the market is also saturated with lazy copies of one another.

The only thing I can say is that I prefer how the indie market works, as I think the whole "make on game a year with millions of dollars" idea is a bad one. However I agree, if the game is good I play it.

AAA is watered down garbage and indie is mostly either shit or full of memes.
No matter how much I try I can't get into 2D games so most indie games are off the cards for me from the get go. AAA 2015 was good though.

if so, I go with that. Just enough manpower and money to make good games, no shitty publisher-enforced obligations or needs to appeal to "wider audiences".
haha AAA's are supposed to be thousands of employees working together and building up hype for games... AAA games are allways good eaven arkham knight... the thing is that most of em dont live up to expectations... aand thats where everything goes wrong... if an indie got to make a single mission from an AAA it whould take them 2 years being so they are a 3-5 person company that can really deliver... in teh end indies are all bout learning, getting some money out of it, being crative and gameplay.... but tripple a games are about selling and living up to your fan's expectations both types are great but the differences are obvious and unchangeable

Indie games have a lot of good ideas when they aren't being Nostalgia wankery or pretentious shit.Depends what Indie means though, Like would Mount and Blade,Dwarf fortress count as Indie?
