Loser shaves their eyebrows. Obviously Terror wouldn't win in a normal match, so he was granted maphacks. What Bisu didn't count on was EffOrt coaching at Terror's side. He was defeated and as a result, any eyebrows you see tonight will be painted on.

Bases have fewer minerals per patch, forcing players to expand into half-map scenarios with higher frequency. Multi-pronged attacks/harassment is now the standard, and it feels a lot more like BW as a result. Also the new units are great. I especially like the Liberator, it's like a Valkyrie and a siege tank combined into one unit.

The economy has changed radicially, you start with 12 workers and mine out WAY faster, the result is that players need to take bases at a similar pace to BW (sometimes faster) which spreads the fighting out over the map a lot better and weakens the boring as shit turtle on 3 base type builds that were so popular during late wings and hots, the races also got a lot more tools with lotv that encourages different types of harrass and creative play. Macro mechanics also got weakened, encouraging micro.
The game is very interesting right now, and quite similar to BW with how there's constant action from a very early stage and often several fights going down at once.
We'll see how long it lasts though, SC2 pros are very coddled with the constant patching and prefer crying about balance rather than searching for a solution inside the game itself, so it's possible that blizzard ends up nerfing all the fun and interesting things, reducing the game to the bland and uninteresting crap it was in hots.

I would say Zerg is the weakest. Outside of a few players, Zerg players were always crushed and the latter stages of BW was dominated by Ts and Ps. Heck I remember OSL and MSL having top 8 which lack a single Zerg.
