I really enjoyed them. Shame so many of the people I bonded with are international. Nearly all of them went beyond my reach went they either went home to their home countries or left to go work somewhere else.
Workplace bonding just isn't the same. It's never as personal. Half the times, it feels like people just show up to booze.
Getting closer to wizardry and am about to finish my degree, feels like I get less social the older I get. I get along with the people around but most of my relationships are pretty shallow. The worst part is that I'm super comfortable being like this. I think I'm just a natural hermit, I should just probably embrace it at this point.

But I haven't given up on myself. I've just accepted that who I am, who I want to be, is not particularly attractive. I don't want to rush around doing things I don't want to do to impress people. If, by some miracle, someone falls into my lap during that routine, I wouldn't turn them down. I just doubt the possibility of such an event happening, and don't feel the need to force a change in order to increase its liklihood.
