There was some stuff I liked in DA2 but the negatives pop up with gameplay. Boring combat, enemy waves that spawn out of the ground, quests taking place in the same damn environments with some passages blocked off. It's not a solid game, the wave combat is nothing but annoying at its best, and I can sympathies with the quick development time and applaud how they got every bit of use out of their levels, but every bit of use made it get old by the end of act 1.
Its a shame the game didn't have more time, it was different than the normal stuff and had a lot of good ideas.
