Er, I don't know what the situation is like in other stores but out where I am there are still a small fee reserve slots. So yeah if you hurry there is a chance. I think it was more to do with the fact it didn't work very well on newer systems. I had to do quite a few things to get it running from a disk last year and I haven't even got Windows 10 or anything, which it might be even more broken on.
The original developers got bought out by Disney and got ordered to make mobile games, so I guess they couldn't even get the chance to fix their game even if they wanted to.
