I loved Taris, I liked just wandering around doing everything, I was eager to leave by the 7hr mark but can't say I hated it.
Bionic Dues. Its hard as balls, difficult to grasp the wierd party structure, and very gear dependant. But once you get a few missions under your belt, understand how to properly use stealth and sniping, and have some good gear, it becomes amazing.

It has a really good story and memorable moments I think it's the worst paced out of the 3. You get a tablet of story every couple of hours as opposed to the other two games where the story is more gradually let out. 1 is almost constant starts and stops. Which I don't mind that much because I like the world, but it starts to get tedious at about the mid point.

I kind of agree with you, at certain parts at least. Novigrad was a fucking chore to me after the Baron had blown me away. Skellige had some great character in the environment and towns, despite the quests being lackluster.
SR: Dragonfall had a slow start to me, but I gradually liked it more and more as I learned about the main team and did bigger and better jobs.

Because most people like myself assumed the first time we played that you had to kill all those ants and shit in the first temple and that makes it a lot harder than it actually is. Even without that it can be hard for non combat builds, it bottlenecks you pretty early.
