Elizabeth and Toriumi are good but that's it. Yukari has plenty of good qualities but plenty of shit ones too leading me to be indifferent to her overall, Mitsuru is okay but nothing beyond her looks really stands out, Fuuka is inoffensive but boring and Aigis is a toaster.
P4 girls may be one-dimensional but at least their one dimension was done well, so if you like tomboys, you'll surely like Chie, if you like traditional girls, you'll surely like Yukiko, etc.
P3 guys are vastly superior to P4 guys though, only Ken drags them down.
