Gran Turismo, Grid 2/Autosport and Assetto Corsa have the best circuits and sprints in my opinion, specially Japanese ones. Visual customization I give it to FORZA, Midnight Club 3 and LA and Need For Speed.
Try a game called Automodelista for the GameCube and PS2. It is one of the most underrated titles ever, but it is filled with Eurobeat and Japanese roads + sweet cellshaded anime graphics.
