Any video game, any weapon, but you can only pick one.
To be honest, nearly any kind of weapon though I guess I'm more fond of the bladed variety since that's what's most common. I do fancy fisticuffs.
The thing that would seal the deal for any waepon are instant kill animations.
Maybe Cerberus from DMC3.
I never got the sai-fung in Bayo, how were those?
I don't even like nun-chucks so much as weapons, but they are fast and fluid in DMC3 and Dante sounds like he's having fun using them.
All the weapons in that game are both fun and viable, i like those too, especially the Kusarigama considering how rare it is to play with that weapon and have good gameplay to boot.
Burt i think the dual katanas might be the most fun. Fun and fast moveset, Underworld Drop, dem satisfying obliteration tecs, etc.
The weakest weapon for me is probably Enma's Fang because a lot of the moves just look the same and have the same function.
If the had mapped the attacks to the face buttons that section would have been fucking goat. I really love the attention to detail like the blood sprays and the sheathing and unsheathing animation.
Also, it should have been an unlock at the end. What the fuck...
I was debating Raiden's HF blade in MGR. it's not very interesting but the other weapons only served to highlight how great it felt. Parrying and comboing were fun, but a counter into execution was just magnificent.
You're OK anon, I withhold my doubt of your baseness
How is the first answer always the best? Nothing better than going kung-fu on people, especially in games where weapons are the main focus.
I've never been so upset in my life, good job anon I fucking hate you
This nigger gets it. We need more crazy action games that emphasize martial arts rather than weaponry.
mfw new doom's chainsaw is preorder DLC
The game was really great, but I really though the movie was garbage compared to the books. There's very little tension or climax to the movie, since they had to squeeze 6 books (one of which hadn't yet been released) into a single movie.
No. I said you can read it in the books. I answered your question.
Dark Souls II and Ragnarok Online, (Monk Class.)Also, playing characters like Slayer and Jam in GG. Never said it was the best, but something about using only your fists in games always "clicks" with me. I'll always use it as long as it's viable, which is weird because I don't like using claws.
The game was amazing, the movie was good but it made me hate Scott's gf, then reading the books made me hate Scott.
This also ties on why I say just watch the movie. The books are starting to become a bitch to track down. I only borrowed them from a friend and now I can't find them for myself
Mauls / Great Hammers
Doesn't matter the game or genre.
Phantasy Star Zero. My ultimate weapon was a high percentage Ajax greatshield with the Linear Shake photon art. What is the Linear Shake ability? It's a lot like this, but on a shield:
Jedi Knight II nailed lightsaber combat.
