Why hasn't anyone done an EX Troopers fan patch yet, 3DS or PS3?
I know the "manga text" is almost impossible to retranslate formally, but couldn't one theoretically just have subtitles for them? The intro proves that the game can produce subtitles during cutscenes.

Like, the plot is wacky and colorful and it goes all over the place
But it still makes sense despite being so dense
The style and attention to detail in it is out of this world too
I got it last year on ps+ and decided to play it on a whim before my subscription ended
And seeing all the whackiness I though "ok, i probably wont pay too much attention to the story"
And then fuck me when I saw myself caring for what's going on
I didn't expect it to be actually good given the poor sales/reception

No broskie, while there are dialogue boxes that arent images/graphics, every cut scene has them as some sort of effect
Some of the dialogue gets more bold, or increases in size, the words are "animated", if that makes sense
If it all came to translate normal dialogue than it would all be fine, but thats just not the case

Also, the one big thing I like about EX Troopers is how you can play as anyone, along with a shitton of costume/weapon options.
