DRM is aimed at used-games, using piracy as a cover.
Publishers aren't stupid, they're well aware that a person who wants to pirate WILL pirate no matter what, both on PC and console.
The real thorn in their side were used games, those were legal and took and ate a huge chunk of their profits because people would just re-sell a game once they were done with it.
That's what DRM is all about, killing used games, earning more money.

It used an engine that was pretty much the mobile MT framework used in Revelations, with some adjustments.
Not to say that engine was terrible, Revelations on 3DS ran pretty decently, looked better than any other 3DS game, and it doesn't look that awful when scaled to HD.

It's actually pretty easy for them to port a game between platforms if it's done in MT Framework, even if it's porting from one version to a different one. I remember reading about how easy it was to port RE Revelations to other consoles an PC. The only mayor change is rebinding the controls and changing the lighting and shaders to the better versions.

Is it overclocked?
So far the only games that have reached over 80% usage on my 6300 are GTA V and The Witcher 3, so it seems weird that a 8320 would bottleneck unless you have a 980 or something.

That's the problem with the FX CPUs, they're pretty shit at stock speeds. Their turbo boost is not real overclocking, it only raises the clock on a few cores at a time, it's a scam. But you see pretty big gains even with conservative overclocks.
I've heard the 8320 and 8350 heat up more than the 6300, but mine is running at 4.4GHz with a cheap CM hyper 212 Evo, and it stays at around 10 celsius over ambient at idle, and about 30 at full load, so it's worth a try.
