Honestly, no. There's way too many of them at that point, by Gen VII there will be 800+ pokemon, they're not going to bother going through and recording that many lines when there's nothing wrong with the vast majority of cries.
Hell, the only reason they bothered with Pikachu is because he's the mascot and his name is Pikachu worldwide. Bulbasaur alone has several different names depending on the language, it would be an embarrassingly expensive waste of time.

Almost all Pokemon have appeared in the anime and have talked (few exceptions), they would just need to take those sound files plus record those missing also the anime is dubbed in those languages. It is plausible but depends on Game Freak
