Nintendo killed monolith
Game bombed in Japan and probably barely broke 100k here in the west. It got released on a dead platform and the core audience is elsewhere. The kicker is it's ultimately just a shitty game. You can tell Nintendo funneled a lot of money into it but I have no idea what they were expecting especially after giving it first class treehouse treatment. Nintendo is out of touch these days and monolith should be sold asap if they want a hope in hell. Xeno series and monolith is all but dead at this point, they would not have been able to break even with X.
