Ovelia's death scene in Final Fantasy Tactics, with Delita breaking down on the spot hit me pretty hard.
But not as hard as the ending of Persona 3, because Aigis' voice actress did a godly work and left me destroyed for about four days. Didn't cry for this one, but damn if I didn't feel like death.
