It really depends what do you consider good.
I really enjoyed first one with all it's highs and lows and this one seems to keep up things, though almost silent protag gets on my nerves.
Combat isn't turn based and is almost full on action. Characters and story are enjoyable
I'd say give it a try. Got both games for 10 bucks.

Actually upon testing it seems there is a solid half second input lag. I've been playing DaS gimped for over 350 hours apparently.And I will continue to play gimped. Comfort > accuracy.
