The best part is: I can afford my games, I usually buy 2-3 games and play them for 3-4 months so that's less than 200$ in 3 months. Not a big deal.
Reason I pirate games is simple - piracy is convenient. It doesn't force you to install some shitty social network client like Steam. You install game and play it. It just works.

I lost track of what the most reputable, non-dead trackers are years ago, and ever since, I've actually found I enjoy playing games more. I am more discerning in what I look for before trying a game and end up playing significantly fewer shitty games because of it, and I've gotten around to playing games I had sitting around in my backlog.

I used to buy my games and feel good about it, but now I literally have to pirate as I'm broke as fuck.
The last game I pirated was Fallout 4, but lost interest in it a few hours in. Not because it was a bad game, but because I am an unmotivated shit. I feel as if I had actually bought the game, I'd have given it the thorough playthrough it deserves as I'd be looking to get my money's worth.
