It's arguably Rockstars best game and I remember hearing that they are working on another one.

Red Dead Redemption will NEVER come to pc.
The code was a mess and even surprised devs when it actually worked. For Rockstar to bring it to PC it will have to be remade from the ground up so even if they do that it probably won't feel the same.
Shit is a bummer I know but it's just one of those things.
I do believe however that the next one will most definately have a pc release, it's simply too big of a game now to be a console exclusive.

GTA is their flagship series, of course there will be more games made in it. There might even be another vaguely western-themed GTA at some point.

I hope they don't make a sequel, I'd like a remastered version though. I just think GTA deserves better than a 6+ year cycle.
Plus, Red Dead doesn't have much to improve upon. Red Dead Redemption was pretty much perfect, still looks good too for a 2010 game.
