Well that was bamco's fault. Miyazaki designs an undead dragon on a cliff and then designs it's ass for you to encounter later on.
Then they ran out of time and had to rush izailith. They made like one unique enemy, the Chaos eater and realized they simply lacked enough time to deliver more demonic enemies without spamming Capra and Taurus demons.
So they just used the dragon asses and named them Binding demons as if we didn't notice they were dragon asses.
