It's a battle of attrition, so:
reliable heal, meaning no Occultist.
You NEED to kill the matchman. Top priority, always. So maximum damage and flexibility is good.
There's a very tiny chance of shuffling(point blank shot from a summoned fat guy that happens to land in row 1 if you're playing the champion version), so Hellion in front row will always be able to hit the matchman no matter where he is, with great damage.
Arbalest will also do fine on row 4 for killing the matchman. She also has a heal for emergency situations.
Bounty Hunter can fit on row two and synergizes with the Arbalest, but you can also place a crusader here for good damage and some heals.

They were all at around 150~ and between a bunch of misses and party shuffles one hit heart-attack and then the rest went too.
