-not backwards compatible unless you subscribe to another paid service
-has a physical Facebook button on the controller you'll probably never press unless youre a filthy casual/attention whore
-a gimmicky trackpad that takes up half the controller
-a game library riddled with ports and HD remakes so if you already played them/don't care about them youre in for a treat
