The easiest thing to do would be to create a standalone game that can connect to an existing anti-virus like norton and delete the viruses from it's quarantine list.

There was already a game kinda like this. Didn't actually keep your computer safe, but simulated you going into a computer world and destroying corrupted files.

Some are you are probably thinking "what's to stop people from making their own OP viruses to cheat in multiplayer modes?". The answer is online virus databases.You can only use viruses that have been registered to certain sites like symantec. You could try to release your own virus into the wild and hope it's registered but you'll probably go to jail.
