You can use the Wiimote + nunchuck on PC. I guess not all games allow you to use both a controller and m&k but plenty do.
And yes there are many shovelware accesories like that for PC. They're useless.

They will insist to the bitter end that a device specifically designed for controlling movement in a video game is inferior to a keyboard, something that was designed for fucking typing and not video games at all long before video games existed.

The problem with both of these is that they don't have enough buttons to use effectively. Having to drop the nunchuck or take your hand off the mouse to open menus or crouch and other various things would just be irritating.
