all the reviews I see about this game are people complaining about how the company responsible for the game misused the kickstarter money
do you guys have a review on the game itself?

Coming from someone who is relatively new to the RTS genre, i like the game. I enjoy the idea of constructing absolutely massive armies of death machines and washing over any enemy like a wave of steel and machinery, as well as blowing up enemy planets. The base game did lack a bit in content, but I feel like Titans made up for it.

It's shallow and poorly balanced

did you see what >>323084706 wrote?
he did a freaking 4 lines text about why the game was nice
can't you do the same for the bad?
I'm trying to be convinced here.

No, fuck off.
Icycalm likes it so it must be good.

You need to convinced that a crowd funded game is bad?
It's shit, play Supcom FA instead
Supreme Commander: Forged Alliance is better
I can't get into the confusing UI of PA

This. Also the work they put into the stuff that should have made the game good is laughable. The unit launcher/spaceport thing is garbage, and the planet engines work regardless of the direction they're facing and the animation for them launching the planet is FUCKING retarded, it just shoots off at full speed as soon as you click the button, with no acceleration at all, in a way that completely disregards the laws of physics. I don't know how they fucked that up, they had it perfect in the fucking concept trailer of the game.
It ran like shit on my PC which normally manages quite well on most stuff.
The pathfinding was pretty bad for a game where you are supposed to handle big unit numbers.
It didn't have factions which buggered me more than I would have thought when I bought it.
The spherical form of the planets make your usable screen 20% smaller at least.
It is one of the few games where I really regret my purchase (it was out of early access already then). I heard it is better now, but you also need that other DLC which should have been in the game from the start to make it fun.
I was looking for a SupCom like experience and I was disappointed.
the game runs like complete ass on larger maps and a few players even with top tier computer. You're better off playing Supreme commanderwhich even has a live community
