My favorite thing about the game is the world. Feels really well crafted. I have probably spent about 30 hours in velen alone wandering about the place, finding things, listening to conversations in villages, etc.

Im sorry but im no longer impressed by pretty open worlds where npc's have "lives of their own", give me a game world that I can get my teeth into, where the level design is built to create interesting confrontations with enemies or tense exploration, level design that has thought put into it an not just vast open plains with enemies randomly scattered throughout.
