What are the best two player co-op games, /v/?
The only one that comes to mind is Divinity: Original Sin.
Any genre is fine, but rich story/background world building is greatly appreciated. Like, E.Y.E. would be much more welcomed than Borderlands.

Is it for local co-op? Tales series is good but the co-op might not be as proactive as you're looking for. You can play multiplayer in the battles but when it comes to walking around only the first player is doing that. It's a good series of games to play if the person you're playing with is fine with a more passive experience.
