I'm not saying he shouldn't have gotten a buff, but I think Holy mantle sorta invalidates the lost. He will have trouble on shit like boss rush, hush and mega satan, but thats nothing that a powerful item combo can't easily overcome.
Honestly I think the lost should have been given the flashlight, extremely powerful but still risky, also if its not your cup of tea you can reroll it easily.
