To be honest I was disappointed in this OST, compared to some of his other stuff this just felt really bland with only a few exceptions. If it's someone's first time hearing Sawano they might enjoy it, but imo he's been going downhill since Kill la Kill.

Holy shit, what happened? I legitimately feel bad for the people who picked that option thinking "it'll be just like Shulk!" and were stuck with it for a huge chunk of the game.
It's just so bad. Howden was amazing as Shulk but in this game I'm just not feeling it. Studious is the best voice by a landslide. It is a touch on the edgy side, though.

Music has massively grown on me. I enjoy black tar and NLA is quite fitting.
The music that plays in between continents when you are hovering over water with your skell is incredible but fucking ruined when you get don't worry from flying.

The laid back hiphop/pop music was meant to give the atmosphere that people are trying to live normally, though. The beginning of the game even said that NLA's way of life was humanity's happy little lie. UH HUH YEAH and WON TOO FREE FOUH emulates that feeling of everything being normal and fine for a city.

The old concept for Mira(not just the planet image but all the other art from the artbook) looks really bland compared to what we got. The original story is guaranteed to have been a lot better though.
The worst part of it for me is that many of the best character designs got shafted when the story was changed. Especially L and Celica, who got to stay in the game but as completely irrelevant side characters despite all their potential.

I hate the music in this goddamn game so much. It's seriously so grating the first time I heard it, I went straight to the options to turn it off. WOW NO OPTION FOR THAT EVEN THOUGH THERE'S TONS OF OTHER OPTIONS!
The guy who made this shit deserves to never work in this industry again. Don't care what else he has made. This shit is bad to a whole new level I didn't know existed, and nearly made me quit playing the game.
This game is amazing, but it's still an 8/10 due to how bad the music and other things like targeting are.
