Playing this just now for the first time since I nabbed it and Thief 2 for 5$ off the steam sale.
Will I get shredded in threads later if I mention it feels leagues easier than Deadly Shadows? I'm playing on Expert, 5th mission, and I have to say I've yet to encounter any serious difficulty besides trying to hit fucking spiders with a sword. Never have had to struggle to find loot, just going into all the rooms pretty much guarantees passing the requirement. Maps (with the exception of that underground tunnel crypt place what the fuck) are not confusing in the slightest, and knocking out every single guard in the level has never been easier since a blow to the FACE will even take them down instantly if you're quick enough.
Am I missing something?
I mean its a great game so far, just from how much /v/ loves to talk about it, I wasn't expecting Deadly Shadows on normal to be more confusing, creepy and challenging than Dark Project on Expert.
Super Mystery Dungeon was an interesting experience

That ending was terrible. The entire game was amazing so I was expecting an epic fight against SHODAN and a twist at the end, instead there was this "comedic" shit. Lets hope Otherside doesn't fuck System Shock 3 up.
