I dunno how much time I'll be playing. I did 3 out of 4 DLCs (it's my first playthrough), story wise I basically have to decide wheter help Mr House or go for Yes man (the latter), and I did a pretty good amount of exploring (I assume I discovered more than half of the locations). 110% sure I'll surpass the 100 hours, but I seriously doubt I'll reach the 150.
ARR, I really don't know how long, I actually watched the cutscenes, so a really long time.

Those exists, but they are mostly contained in basic missions you accept and complete without any interaction. You just get 20 of them accepted and do them meanwhile.
Normal and affinity missions tho usually have a lot of talk choices, various outcomes (to point of killing NPCs), and can have pretty long chain of events and trigger another questlines. Tho mechanically they are usually same as well (find those, kill those) but help to get to know world and characters more.
So it kinda mixed in between, depending on how much you like to read and care about NPCs.
Surely not deep cRPG level of quests that's for sure.
