But Falco is not that good bro. Also I think I need to say that I believe that there are not terrible or bad characters, as in everyone is kind of viable in some way or another. This is not Brawl where Metaknight is SSS and Ganondorf is F, this game is a lot tighter than that. There are no BAD characters in Smash 4.

Well it's 1.1.3 since Cloud is there, but since I only heard about the buffs but not seem them yet, I put them where I normally saw them. And about the Miis, no customs, only the first moveset they have..
Here's my list, Miis using MLG rules (guest Miis, full movest) & it's not ordered within tiers because fuck ordering 50+ characters.
