Anyone here have bad eyesight?
I know it's not strictly vidya related but my right eye has become absolute ass over the past couple of years, but my left is still pretty good. It's so bad my right eye is actually hindering my left one by blurring my overall vision slightly. Do I need fucking glasses and could this in any way be related to staring at a screen 5 hours a day playing video games?

It's only poor genes of you have bad eyesight at a young age. Eyes, just like anything else I. Your body, deteriorate over time. I'm 28 so I'm no spring chicken, and my left eye seems fine. It's just my right one which is letting the side down. My vision overall isn't terrible by any means, just not as good as it once was.
Every time I go outside everything is blurry as shit. Why is this?

I get waves of floaters which pass by my fov all the time, especially in well lit environments. Had them for years. Been to the doctors about it and they just fees you a bunch of shit about impurities and whatnot. I don't think these are anything to be concerned about unless they're brown or red, in which case you might have a bleed somewhere in your head.

My eyesight went bad in 3rd grade. Glasses then contacts until I was 22 then LASIK. Never had a problem since and that's 10 years of gaming.

Go to an optometrist and get a prescription.
It's unlikely it's caused by screens. It's really genes and you can only slow it down.

If by that you mean "from birth", then no. The eye grows a bit during childhood and the growth rates can be influenced by genetics.
