I'll be honest, I didn't like EU the first time I played, since Ufo Defense was a great game for me and I played the shit out of it as a kid. Bur recently I gave it another chance with EW and I had a blast
I still miss some things UD had, but it wasn't that "deal breaker" for me. So, I'm midly hyped for XCOM 2
