This is one of those unfortunate cases where it's a decent game with an easily fixable problem (Servers) but its released at such an odd time, with no marketing against huge competition on every platform (counterstrike, cod, halo, battlefront, even battlefield 4 is getting more DLC) that even though it is good, i dont really expect it to last more than a few months at the absolute most.

I wouldn't say he's broken on any map, he's very good on Presidential Plane but he's also incredibly vulnerable if he's hanging outside the plane trying to pop people on the second floor because there is no cover on the wing and the raised platforms leave him with almost no cover either.
Just pop outside, shoot him in the head, and get back inside.
Also some of the issues attributed to netcode are actually a matter of things being communicated really poorly.
The Superbunnyhop video that highlighted it, for example, shows players trading hits with the enemy player showing 100% health. This usually means that they were downed instead of killed outright and is a function of how health works in the context of downed players, where a downed player is effectively given a new, full, pool of health.
When you die, it stops drawing almost all of the UI elements, including the general kill feed and the itemised pointfeed (Injured +50, etc).
It's a pretty terrible design issue they need to fix.
