People like to claim that "the EULA and ToS get thrown out in court", but they are legally binding.

I ended up getting a used ps3 a two years ago that was below 3.55. As a poorfag this was a god send, so many games to play as well as emulators. Also, undubs can be fun to play just to see how the game sounds in Japanese.
So, does that mean that finally console gamers will be pirating more than those guys on PC?
