So to elaborate, imagine a guy who want to be a pro football player. Hes got great throws, hes fast and unstoppable on the field. Hes a great player. But come shower time he gets nervous and insecure. He cant handle being naked around other men. All the other men see this and make fun of him for it. They post it on twitter and facebook and everyone laughs and shares. If he was a strong willed person he would conform or make arrangments for himself. But if he is weak willed he would quit football. He wants to be a pro football player but not if it means showering with other men. The other men want to be pro players and they are willing to shower with other men. It doesn't matter if the guy who got insecure about it was a better player. He could handle the environment and got purged.
