Don't know where to post this, but what chair do you guys use to play vidya? Thinking of buying pic related.
Chairs are more important than graphics.
>>322408007
how much are you paying for the chair?
>>322408007
I have this exact chair and the cushion is thick, so you can sit for hours and not feel the metal bottom.
>>322408007
I have something similar to this with a lumbar support added onto it
Relevant to my interests. The one I have now is beyond old and busted and I just want something decent that isn't laughably expensive.
only filthy casuals use chairs, sofa master race
>tfw spend lot of money on an ergonomic chair
>it leans to the left slightly permanently
fuck me
>>322408007
I literally just ordered that chair the other day and it shipped like 2am on Friday
>5-7 day shipping though
>>322409410
On a side note my current chair has been some shit tier plywood piece of shit with 1/2" thick cushioning. Can't lean back in it and the height adjustments are absolutely shit. No fucking arm rests either.
Altogether 2/10 I'm slightly more comfortable than if I had a metal folding chair.

>>322408007
>want to buy one because its comfy and convenient
>but too afraid of it exploding and sodomizing me to death
>>322408007
Make sure the wheels are VERY firm and not cheap crap that can break off easily.
My previous chair became useless when one of the five wheels snapped off with no way of reattaching it.
>>322409735
Have faith in your seating anon, they specifically test the chair and design *that* particular scenario you're thinking of to never happen.
You can rest your bum firmly and safely man.
>>322409527
I fell for the racing chair memes.I only bought it because I was too nervous to leave the store empty handed after I spent an hour testing the chairs.
>>322409763
Why didn't you just take them all off?
Anyone have one of the neadforseat chairs? I've been thinking about buy one.
>>322410047
oops, forgot pic
>my walmart office chair is 10 years old
>I missed out when work replaced their chairs
>tfw fapping in a non-mesh chair
>>>/wsr/buy ikea markus
>>322410270
I actually did, funnily enough.
>Shit one of the wheels broke off
>Damn, I can't sit on it without risk of falling
>Lets put up a pile of books where the wheel was
>Now the chair is immobile and requires precision to stay on those books
>Fuck it, remove ALL the wheels
>Not the damn thing is way too short!
>Lets put books under all the wheels then
>Yay, I gained altitude again, but I'm still immobile and have to make sure I stay on the books
Trust me man, it was NOT worth it. Buying a new, good chair is way less headache.
>>322408007
>tfw all the leather on my chair vanished long ago
what chair are the kids using these days?
>>322408007
I have these at work, and I sit on my ass for 8 hours. 10/10 comfy. My only gripe is that they can move around too much if you're not on carpet floor. Otherwise a good investment.
>>322410898
I don't get what this image is supposed to convey. Explain, anon.
>>322412236
my butt gets really sweaty if i fap for long enough
Got a Sumo Sway Couple for console gaming which I love and a regular padded office chair for PC gaming
>>322410590
How is it?
>>322410590
>racing seat
Why anon. I have them in my car and they are not comfortable, but they hold you in better than a normal seat. Why would you want to sit in one at a desk though?
>>322412309
Bit what are trying to convey with that image? Discomfort? Pleasure?
just got this for Christmas. Love it so far.
>>322412548
This guy gets it. Beanbags are great for console gaming. If I could find a piece of furniture that has a flat surface at exactly the right height for a keyboard and mouse while sitting on a beanbag I'd do all my PC gaming on one too.
>>322408007
i have that chair and its cheap shit. i really need a chair with actual support
>buy chair from office max 9 months ago
>knew my ass would break it, so I got the warranty
>asked the cashier "will this cover my fat ass breaking it" and he said ye
>chair is fucked
>can't find warranty
fug
>>322413334
I almost went with that. Ended up getting a maxnomic meme chair instead. Pretty fucking comfy, and being able to adjust the arm rests every direction is a god send for me.
>>322409735
Unless you buy some chinese bootleg chair shit and weight 400lbs, there is zero chance of that happening.
>>322408007
I have this exact same chair. P comfortable, you can adjust the forward/backwards lean, the arm rests adjust up and down (and side-to-side, but must be loosened from the bottom with an allen key) and you can adjust how far forward or back the backrest stands. I find that it does get a little uncomfortable over a long period of time, but often readjusting a setting or just standing up to stretch resets my comfort levels.
If you're getting it for the same price as me (130-150 i think?) then it's a decent deal. I bought a chair specifically with a mesh back because it gets so fucking hot in this room that I didn't want a leather back, and mesh allows air from a fan through. so that's another thing to consider.
>not buying a 24/7 task chair meant to last over a decade
Do not get that chair OP it has a bump at the end that gets fucking annoying
Some office chair I got at a garage sale for 25 cents.
It's not perfect by any measure, but it definitely gets the job done.
>buying chairs that will inevitably explode under your ass
this
>>322416492
There's no chance of getting Nito'd if you're not fucking obese and bought a shitty chinese knockoff chair
>shitty chinese knockoff chair
so every chair sold on amazon, ikea, office max/depot
uhhhh
>>322416590
My dad found some executive office chair at a yard sale for like 1/4 the price and gave it to me. It's basically brand new. I abuse the shit out of chairs so I'd never buy something like this, but it was cheaper than most chairs anyway, and it is actually lasting longer already.
>Using hydraulic gas office chairs
Enjoy metal fragments being shot into your anus.
>>322408007
This is my office chair at work. Shits pretty comfy.
>>322415978
This guy gets it.
Task chairs are definitely the way to go for hours of gaming. They're DESIGNED to be used for 8+ hours of office and factory work. All of these $350 and under, highback executive chairs people are posting from Staples and Office Depot are literal garbage and will ruin your back.
>>322416492
>being so fucking fat that this is an actual possibility
>not already being dead for being so fat
shig
>>322410590
I almost bought a meme chair but then I got OP's chair for $175. I figure if it even lasts me 3 years, then its already paid for itself. So far my back pain has gone away from my older shit chair. I couldn't cough up $400+ dollars for a meme chair anon, I just couldn't.
>>322408007
Just sit on your dad m8
>>322408007
Can someone donate me some chair. Also a table is okay too, poorfag here.
>>322418328
Jesus christ anon
Got an office chair when I was 12, I still use it. One of the armrests is a little wiggly but other than that, it works great.
Just buy a medium-high priced office chair thats comfortable and you'll probably have it for years.
>>322417095
>I have a new fear now
well thank you very much you piece of shit.
>>322408007
I actually had an old office chair back before it broke; nowadays I just sit in a wooden kitchen chair.
>>322408007
Why do so many of us have this exact same chair?
>>322420046
Because that particular chair seems to be the best for its price range. It also has a lot of customization for being such a low cost chair. Also most people aren't willing to shell out 700 dollars for chairs like this: >>322415978
Is this a good chair?
Big, comfy executive chair master race.
>>322420630
>nearly $200
Lel. I got a 5 inch thick comfy ass desk chair from big lots for $50.
>using anything other than a metal chair
Anyone here have the Ikea Markus?
I got it and I just noticed that when I lock it from tilting then rock in the chair it makes a metal ding/taping noise underneath. Is this normal?
After the last chair thread, I got this.
Its expensive but my ass and back says its money well spent.
>playing videa on a chair, at a desk, with a desk sized monitor
>not playing on an actual couch in the living room with the computer hooked up to a second tv
jesus christ what a bunch of savages
I got a polyester chair and I removed one of the forearm/elbow rests (the left one) so I can sit with my legs cross, sit on one leg, or better slocuh in a few angles. It's easy to clean the farts out too. Only problem is the material it uses can flatten after 2-3 years or so. Luckily that's easily replaceable, too.
>>322424732
This chair looks like its up to something.
>>322413091
>gotta game fast
>I don't even own a car
Sums up everyone who owns one of these gimmicky pieces of shit.
>>322417095
Try posting another example, I've seen this one enough.
comfiest chair ive ever owned.
suprisingly leather does not give me swamp ass
>>322408007
Get the same chairs you find in the hilton, they're super comfy
>>322427510
Using this right now.
Four months after owning it it started squeaking with the noise of that one video where hundreds of piglets are being buried alive on top of each other.
>>322427510
That chair carried me through college.
>>322427510
sitting in it now. it slightly leans to the right but other than that good. the material is starting to split too, its only in spots that doesn't matter but its comfy and its decent price
>>322408007
i sat in that exact same one at staples, was awesome.
they had it on sale for $89 at the time.
Since I'll be getting a new chair soon, got any recommendations? I give zero fucks about ergonomics, I just want to be comfy and slide all the way down on my back while I play vidya.
get on my level
>>322432275
hell yeah anon this is what i have but now im parplegic
