I decided to replay both games, last time I did that was back in 2010, and I realized that KOTOR is like Undertale, only with light year better graphics, better gameplay, better story, more likeable characters, more badass, more depth, more content and that the game was released over a decade ago...

Stun grenades, frag grenades, he's always going to hit you with at least the first grenade he throws so just throw a grenade yourself as your first action.
You have to get within melee range, or just outside of melee range.
You can't stay the range you start at with him because he will continue to throw grenades AND shoot you.
You have to get close enough to where he won't throw grenades because they will damage him as well, but also stay out of his melee range and just pray.
I always just throw like 2 frags, a stun, 2 frags, stun, heal up, then move in for the kill.
Carths blaster fully modded helps in the fight if you want a ranged weapon.

Yes you can absolutely kill him. Moving out the way of his grenades is easy, he won't try to dodge yours if you use them. And no matter how you fight melee or ranged spamming shields and stimulants is the way to go for tough fights like that.

Yes because one of 2's strengths is how it deals with a couple characters from 1. If you have 2 on steam you can just grab the restored content mod from the workshop but don't get the droid planet. The game was really rushed so the mod helps restore some of the stuff that was left out.

I say play 1 first, 2 is fairly story driven so a lot of it will be lost on you if you want to get the best out of it. The restored content mods are definitely worth getting, although certian stuff like the droid planet has mixed opinions on how worthwhile to the game it is.

Yes, you should play KOTOR 2 with the restored content mod since the beginning. The game was released prematurely and a bunch of stuff that was left on teh CD (spoken dialogue, mostly) was left out, so a group of modders tried to piece it all back together. They also patched up teh game that had many bugs, mostly related to the rushed release date as well Without these additions the game is a bugridden mess

KOTOR1 has some really great planets, shame the first few hours are absolute fucking ass, trudging through apartments and that underground portion with all the infected people.
The sequel improves on pretty much everything, but it's just depressing in comparison to the first one, plus K2 has some really as combat sequences you can't skip (the first killer droid ambush and the big fight with the mercenaries on that green planet).

They always had bad writing. In BG1 it wasn't so bad because it was like a big stupid adventure cartoon, it was very consistent and the entire thing worked out.
BG2 has way better gameplay, partially due to being higher level in scope, and way better art and design for the world (the character portraits are awful and overdesigned IMO). The story in BG2 is laughably bad. The entire thing reads like some 14yo goth girls fan fiction. Just remembering that part in the Underdark where the Elf tries to fuck you, and Sky Elf girl in general, makes my fucking skin crawl.
KoTOR is another BG1, just with worse dialogue choices for the MC. (I want to be a Jedi!) A lot of it is fucking prequel tier, see anything that has to do with Bastila.
NWN is fucking awful overall. Only reason anybody should like it is because of user created shit, and even that is over rating it.

Why does Flawless Widescreen suck dick so hard? I finally got it to work for a while, got off the ship and into the apartment, but then my UI was off center. So I saved to quit and reload so it would be fine, and now I'm back to staring at giant black borders even though my INI and settings didn't change.

The worst thing about the underwater part was how slowly you fucking move. It's probably realistic to move at that speed, but this is Star Wars, it doesn't need to be realistic.
However, this can be remedied by enabling the dev console and turning on the "turbo" cheat. Then you can sit back and watch as Revan shimmies at the speed of light past all the sharks who are too slow to even catch him.

Undertale is a gateway game of the worst kind. It's a bad game, a clusterfuck of story and characterization that isn't very well done by any aspect, but which attempts to compensate for its weaknesses by adding in excessive shipping faggotry and DARKNESS. The normal anon can see this as the shit it is, and may enjoy it, hate it or be indifferent to it, but all the while recognizing that the game itself, regardless of their opinion, is plain bad.
However, these very aspects that try to smear over the shit of its core make it a breeding ground for aspie, unsociable underageb& faggots who engage in every kind of faggotry both online and in the real world. The superpowered characters all trying their hardest to look cool, the skeletons, peculiar, colorful clothes, the whole pacifist faggotry and everything about the Undertale world fuels their escapist fantasies, while the pity-party character backgrounds, emphasis on friendship, and overall preachiness of the game make it fit just right with the mary-sueish drives of your average preteen and his sense of unwarranted self-importance towards the world.
